With its own private courtyard, this ballroom is perfect for elegant banquets. Treat your guests to an event with a beautiful view when you choose the Palm Ballroom – 2,800 square feet of flexible meeting space. This ballroom can be divided into two separate conference rooms or, as a whole, can accommodate 250 for a reception, 130 in a classroom setting or 190 for a banquet.
A charming and spacious option is the Mission Ballroom – complete with vintage chandeliers, fine handcrafted woodwork and the latest high-tech audio/visual equipment. With 3,600 square feet, this room can be arranged banquet-style for 260, classroom-style for 190, theater-style for 400, or reception-style for 350. It can also be divided in three rooms, each 1,194 square feet able to comfortably accommodate 90 in theater seating.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in this enchanting ballroom offer natural light as well as a fantastic view of Mission Bay and landscaped courtyards. Our grand Bayview Ballroom is impressive with 6,000 square feet and 12-foot ceilings. Entertain up to 700 guests or divide the space into three separate conference rooms for smaller training sessions or brainstorming meetings. It can also be arranged in multiple styles to meet your every need – from U-shaped classrooms to hollow square executive meeting tables. Pre-function events or coffee breaks can easily be set up in our Bayview foyer, located just outside the ballroom.
Our tented pavilion is a nice choice for evening cocktails, casual dinners or exhibit displays. Located bayside and adjacent to our Bayview Ballroom, this attractive, 9,600 square-foot space can accommodate 900 guests for a reception or 600 for a banquet.
Located in the Main Tower of the hotel, our board room offers a pleasant ambiance in addition to state-of-the-art technology that can accommodate up to 15 guests for formal meetings or casual meals.
Each of our seven welcoming conference suites includes a boardroom table with seating for eight. These 620-square-foot rooms are attached to a guestroom for convenient meetings among any group, at any hour.
