Allow us to make your wedding and reception both worry-free and memorable.  Along with our signature world-class service, we offer a San Diego wedding site that is unparalleled. Enjoy our panoramic ocean and bay views, eco-spa, waterfront resort-style atmosphere, and luxurious guestrooms and reception venues. To make your wedding and reception planning easier (and give you more time to relax, play and socialize), we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in all the excitement about your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Your dedicated wedding specialist will answer any other questions or concerns you may have as we work together to plan your once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
  • Seating arrangements and room set-up - Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance floor and risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony room - Hyatt Regency Mission Bay can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Audio-visual equipment - Our on-site audio-visual expert can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Wedding cake - Your professional wedding specialist can assist you with ordering the perfect wedding cake for your special celebration in a wide variety of designs, styles and flavors.
  • Pricing - All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required by 11:00 a.m. three working days prior to the commencement of the function.

  • Ice Sculptures - Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
  • Parking - Self parking and valet parking are available for your guests according to our day or overnight rates.
  • Wedding Cake - Your professional wedding specialist can assist you with ordering the perfect wedding cake for your special celebration in a wide variety of designs, styles and flavors.
  • Pricing - All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.


  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required by 11:00 a.m. three working days prior to the commencement of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. The hotel will prepare meals for three percent (3%) over the guaranteed count.

    •
